Mohammed founded Meridian after seven years of commercial broiler farm operations across MENA — managing feed conversion ratios, reviewing supplier invoices before dawn, and reconciling batch performance against procurement decisions. That background is not decorative. It is operational.
The ANCHOR framework was developed because every agricultural due diligence process Mohammed encountered was conducted by people who had never been on a farm. ANCHOR is the diligence framework a farm operator would build: asset quality, network resilience, compliance documentation, human capital, and outcome modelling — in that order.
